We're looking for people with experience of working in the mental health system to strengthen our Board of Trustees. We welcome interest from first time trustees.

For this trustee role you will:

• have an understanding of the impact serious mental illness can have on people's lives
• have insight into the current mental health system

Do you have experience of risk management, internal or external audit, assurance or governance? We're looking for a trustee who can support our Board of Trustees in this area. We welcome interest from first time trustees.

The role of Trustee at Bridewell involves:

• making sure Bridewell meets its legal and financial obligations
• sharing your own professional and personal expertise to strengthen our Board

Bridewell's Board of trustees makes sure the organisation is well run and working to support people recovering from serious mental ill health. We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience of mental health recovery, whether your own experience or supporting a loved one.
